These terms apply when you use the iCashback website to sell a used iPhone to us. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can sell

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You must be the lawful owner of the phone, or have the written permission of the owner to sell it.
  • We buy used iPhones only.

2. Price estimate and final price

  • The price shown on the website is an estimate based on the model, storage and condition you select. It is not a final offer.
  • The final price is decided after our pickup partner checks the phone in front of you. If the phone is different from what you selected, the price is recalculated.
  • The pickup partner may also change the price at pickup, for example after a discussion with you. The price is final only when you confirm it.
  • You are never forced to sell. You can decline the final price and keep your phone.

3. Confirmation code

A sale is confirmed only when you share the 6 digit confirmation code with the pickup partner after you have been told the final price. Please share the code only if you agree to the price. When the price is changed, a new code is needed. Sharing the code means that you agree to sell the phone at that price.

4. What you must do before pickup

  • Sign out of your Apple ID and iCloud and turn off Find My iPhone.
  • Back up your data and erase the phone.
  • Keep a valid ID proof ready. We take a photo of it to verify that you are the owner.
  • Give correct information about the phone, its condition and your address.

5. Phones we do not accept

We do not accept phones that are stolen, lost, blacklisted or blocked, or that are under a loan, EMI or any financing. If a phone turns out to be such a phone, we may refuse the purchase, withhold the payout, report the matter to the authorities and give them the details we hold about you and the order.

6. Pickup

You choose a date and time slot. We try our best to keep it, but a delay can happen. Please make sure you or an adult is present at the address with the phone. We may cancel or reschedule a pickup if we cannot reach you or the address cannot be served.

7. Payment

After you confirm the final price and hand over the phone, our team releases the agreed amount to you. Ownership of the phone passes to iCashback when you hand it over to our pickup partner.

8. Cancellation and refusal

  • You can cancel an order before the inspection from the My Orders page.
  • You can decline the final price at pickup without any charge.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if the information given is wrong, if the ID proof cannot be verified or if the phone is not as described.

9. Consent form

After you confirm the price, a consent form with the details of the sale is generated automatically. It records the details of the customer, the phone, its condition, the price, the pickup partner and the declaration made by you.

10. Our responsibility

We work to keep the website available and the prices correct, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim relating to an order is limited to the agreed price of that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its date. Orders already confirmed are not affected by a later change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
